Scope of application:
This testing machine is mainly used for the initial adhesion test of pressure-sensitive tape and related products such as pressure-sensitive adhesive tape products. It is easy to operate and highly practical. It is suitable for the initial adhesion test of pressure-sensitive tapes, medical patches, self-adhesive labels, protective films and other related products.
Test principle:
The inclined rolling ball method is used to test the initial tack of the sample through the adhesion of the adhesive tape to the steel ball when the steel ball and the adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive tape sample are in brief contact with a small pressure. Viscosity is a physical property of a fluid substance, which reflects the internal friction between the molecules of the fluid when it is acted upon by external forces. The viscosity of a substance is closely related to its chemical composition. In industrial production and scientific research, the composition or quality of substances is often monitored by measuring viscosity.
