Features:
1. Suitable for IPX7/IPX8 waterproof level testing of products.
2. One device has three testing functions: a. Water pressure test; b. Air pressure test; c. Negative pressure test; meeting the needs of multiple testing methods for samples.
(1) Working principle of water pressure test:
a. Place the sample on the sample platform in the test tank in advance,
b. Cover the lid, tighten the screws, set the test pressure and time and start the equipment.
c. The sample platform is immersed in the water with the sample. Increase the air pressure on the water surface to the set value and then maintain the pressure. If there is a leak in the sample, the water will be pressed into the sample, and the air in the sample will be discharged, and the sample can be passed through. Bubbles were observed at the leaking point of the sample.
d. After the test is completed, the sample platform rises out of the water with the sample, pops out the lid, and takes out the sample to complete the test.
(2) Working principle of air pressure test:
a. Place the sample on the sample platform in the test tank in advance,
b. Cover the lid, tighten the screws, set the test pressure and time and start the equipment.
c. The sample platform stops with the sample in the air on the water surface. Increase the air pressure on the water surface to the set value and then maintain the pressure. If there is a leak in the sample, the air will be pressed into the inner cavity of the sample.
d. After the pressure holding time is up, the sample platform is immersed in the water with the sample, and the pressure on the water surface is discharged at the same time. At this time, the air pressure in the sample will be discharged, and the leakage point of the sample can be found by observing the bubbles.
e. After the test is completed, the sample platform rises out of the water with the sample, pops out the lid, and takes out the sample to complete the test.
(3) Working principle of negative pressure test:
a. Place the sample on the sample platform in the test tank in advance,
b. Cover the lid, tighten the screws, set the test pressure and time and start the equipment.
c. The sample platform is immersed in water with the sample, and is evacuated on the water surface to a set value and then maintained at pressure. If there is a leak in the sample, the air in the sample will be vacuumed out, and the leak in the sample can be observed through the bubbles.
d. After the test is completed, the sample platform rises out of the water with the sample, pops out the lid, and takes out the sample to complete the test.
3. The tank body is made of acrylic material and is completely transparent on all sides (convenient to observe the test conditions of the test samples);
4. Special silicone sealing ring, with good elasticity, not easy to be damaged, and has a service life of up to 10 years;
5. The pressure tank has been tested at twice the operating pressure in the factory, and is equipped with a safety valve of a major brand to ensure user safety;
6. Control system: adopts 7-inch color touch screen; parameters such as pressure holding time, test pressure, delayed pressure release time, etc. can be set on the touch screen. Full touch operation makes it easy to use;
7. The electronic control components use imported brands; the pneumatic components use original Taiwanese brands to ensure the stability and service life of the equipment;
8. Pressure control: Using a 0.5-level high-precision pressure sensor, the water depth control accuracy is ±20cm.
