Pressurize the electronic product to be tested and the standard product respectively, and use a pressure gauge to measure the differential pressure value caused by the sealing performance of the electronic product. Put the electronic product to be tested into the container, then pressurize the container, and use the pressure gauge to measure the pressure difference generated in the gap. If the pressure difference is zero, it means that the electronic product is well sealed; if the pressure difference is not Zero, indicating that the sealing of the electronic product is not good, and the electronic product has leakage. Since the leakage is generally small leakage and the pressure difference is small, in order to accurately read the pressure difference caused by the sample to be tested, a differential pressure sensor with a small range and high precision should be used. When detecting electronic products with large leakage , the differential pressure sensor will be damaged because the pressure difference generated is too large.
