1. The overall force measurement accuracy of the equipment is 0.05% of the full scale, and the display unit is 0.01KN;
2. The AD sampling speed of the system to the force sensor is 300 times/second;
3. The small display unit of the displacement sensor is 0.01MM, and the error is 0.015% of the full scale. Repeat positioning accuracy is within 0.03 MM;
4. The parallel accuracy of the upper worktable and the lower worktable is within 0.10MM;
5. After the frame is combined with the work surface, the rigidity of the opening of the equipment shall not be less than 200KN/MM;
6. The temperature rise of the equipment should not exceed 20℃ in 24 hours of continuous operation. When the ambient temperature is 40°C, the oil temperature will not exceed 65°C.
