Carton Sliding Angle Tester

Scope of application:

It is composed of test platform, motor, digital display inclinometer, brake device and control box and other components, with high control precision. The mechanical structure, motor control and Angle digital display of single lead screw connecting rod mechanism are adopted. Used to test skid resistance of carton. Beer boxes or other packing boxes stacking transportation, if the surface friction coefficient is large, easy to cause slip, through the machine test, used to improve the skid resistance of packaging.

3. Digital display angle display, adjusting the upper and lower limits of the angle, it is very convenient to adjust the test platform horizontally to test the product or test the product while swinging the angle;

4. There is an anti-slip frame on the test platform, and the anti-slip frame is equipped with an adjustable carton slide seat and an anti-slip travel switch, so that the carton will not fall out during the sliding test and it can be accurately obtained that the test will slide from the above angle.
